What if I have a budget?
When requesting a babysitter, you select a minimum and maximum amount you would like to pay a babysitter. This way, you can weigh experience of the babysitter and budget of your family.
How does the Minimum and Maximum work?
A Babysitter with a lower level than your minimum requirements may not accept the job.
A Babysitter with a higher level than your maximum requirements may accept the job. But you will pay the Babysitter your maximum rate you choose.
A Babysitter with a level between your minimum and maximum requirements may accept the job and will be paid according to their level.
Can we request a certain Babysitter?
Of Course! We welcome requests but it is up to the Babysitter and if they are available. It is also important to note that per the IRS if you pay a single Babysitter $2600 or more per year, you are considered their employer and you will have to W2 them.
What qualifications do the Babysitters have?
Our Babysitters are Background Checked, Work History Verified, Reference Checked, CPR certified, water safety trained, concussion protocol trained, transportation safety trained, and mandated reporter trained. They also undergo an Interview with the Agency.
Does my family get to Interview the Babysitters beforehand?
Unfortunately, your family is not able to interview the Babysitters. Your family will receive a profile for the Babysitter with an About Me section, Reviews section, Certifications section, as well as their rating out of 5 from previous families who have had the Babysitter. You will also be connected via text with the Babysitter to let them know of any important information that is not already on your family profile.
What is the process to get Started?
Text 404.274.7731 your Name and Email stating that you are ready to Register for the Occasional Babysitting Program for the Atlanta, Georgia area. We will then send you a contract via DocuSign.
After this, you will pay your one time Registration Fee of $200 and fill out our Family Registration Form.
Once this is complete, you are able to start requesting Babysitters using the link in your Welcome Packet!
