Why do you have a flat fee instead of a percentage fee that most other agencies have?

We utilize a flat placement fee in order to build trust with our families. Our Agency was founded on the basis of advocating for a fair industry. We want our families to know that when we tell them a Nanny should be paid x amount per hour, we actually mean it and it is based on factual market rates, the job description, and the qualifications of the Nanny. The hourly rate of a Nanny has NO influence on our placement fees like other Agencies. Therefore, it does not benefit us in anyway to up the hourly rate of the Nanny.

What is the benefit of going through your Agency vs another Agency or doing it ourselves?

Our agency is run by a current Nanny in the industry who also runs a non-profit Nanny Society for Nannies. This means she has access to top candidates. It also means that she has a direct line to understand the needs and wants of Nannies helping her learn how Families best keep Nannies long term verses having a high turn over rate.

We strive in being leaders in advocacy for the industry. That means we are the most up to date on industry trends and needs. Our Nannies are all equipped with the understanding that we only allow Families who agree to industry standards to work with our Agency. Because of this, our Nannies are less likely to feel underpaid or undervalued and therefore will stay in positions longer.

Another way we work on being leaders in the industry is requiring multiple more trainings than most Agencies. By requiring more trainings of our Nannies, we can ensure our Nannies have high knowledge of childcare practices.

Are your fees per year or one time?

Our placement fees are one time fees per Nanny we place with you. Once you pay your placement you are able to employ the Nanny for the duration the package you choose allows. For our long term (13+weeks) placements that means you can employ them indefinitely without any other Agency Fees.
